1) You should never buy a stock if they say that they will be buying a company. If they say it, it will usually be wrong. A couple of days ago a person from a company put a message on the internet and thuosands of people bought it, but there claim never happened. So, for one thing never buy a company if they say they are going to, unless it is on the news and/or on a news page.

2) You should never buy a stock that is selling for less then $5. If you do then, it may go down, or you will not make to much money$$.

3) You should never buy a stock if you don't want to risk the money, If you can't afford it, then don't buy it. You should never do this because you may lose a lot of money. By buying stocks you can lose money$$ but, you can also make a lot of money. So, only buy stocks if you can afford it, or are willing to take a risk.
